that will be taking place in the West Midlands during the month of June.

If you are planning an event, activity or exhibition during June 2024 and would like it to appear in the brochure, please complete the online submission for here:

DEADLINE for completed forms is FRIDAY 26 APRIL 2024

Please use a separate form for each event.

If your event or activity is charging for attendance, there will be a £25 fee for your entry. If your event is a free, there is a fee of £10 for the event to be included in the brochure.

Please note we cannot guarantee your entry will be included if your submission is received after that date.

Calling all runners! Take on a fundraising challenge for disadvantaged children

We need your help to fight education inequality. Can you support by fundraising for us in the Birmingham 10K on 5th May? At Action Tutoring, we believe in the power of tutoring. We’re dedicated to ensuring more disadvantaged students receive the support they need to reach their full academic potential, and achieve important pass grades in English and maths. But we cannot do it without you.
Awareness Ambassador

As an Awareness Ambassador, you can play an important role in increasing awareness of diabetes locally and online. You will support Diabetes UK campaigns by taking leaflets and posters along to local community venues such as libraries and community centres and like and share on our social media.
Events Volunteer

Events volunteers help raise awareness of diabetes and Diabetes UK at events around Leicestershire. Events volunteers talk to members of the public in a friendly and enthusiastic manner to raise awareness of diabetes and Diabetes UK, offer appropriate Diabetes UK materials and answer general queries.
Birmingham Hospice Charity Shops - Volunteer Vacancies

Volunteers needed at Birmingham Hospice retail stores. We have 21 shops and are always in need of volunteers.

Men & Women’s Health: Including ‘Awareness of Illnesses, Conditions & Additional Needs’

Starting Tuesday 23rd April 2024, 11:00am – 12:30pm. 6 FREE Workshops During these informative sessions, we will begin to learn and understand yourself and each other’s health a little better, from general men and women’s health to menopause and overall wellbeing, to help build better relationships and support ourselves and each other with more compassion. Also, during these sessions you will be taking a look into conditions and illnesses such as diabetes and dementia.

Charity Meetup Birmingham Networking Event

Charity Meetup is a facilitated networking event for anyone working in or supporting the sector. Training with Birmingham Settlement

Birmingham Settlement is delivering a programme of training suitable for those working in social care or those who simply have an interest in the training topics. All training sessions are half a day (3.5 hours – including break) and cost £50/person.
