Complaints

We know that there will be times when we don’t get it right. When this happens, we want to make sure that things are resolved as quickly as possible.

In the first instance, we would ask that you speak to the individual with whom you have the complaint and try to resolve your issue informally. However, if you feel that your complaint has not been resolved then you can raise a formal complaint with us.
