We're actively recruiting volunteers in Birmingham to become mentors, committing one hour per week for a minimum of six months to provide educational support in subjects like English GCSE, ESOL, and Maths in supporting young refugees and asylum seekers (age 14 - 25) in their education.

Refugee Education UK (REUK) is a national organization with one of our hubs based in Birmingham, operating across the West Midlands. Dedicated solely to supporting young refugees and asylum seekers, we offer various programs and support services to help them access education and integrate into society. One of our key initiatives is an educational mentoring program for Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASCs), asylum seekers, and refugees aged 14-25. We're actively recruiting volunteers in Birmingham to become mentors, committing one hour per week for a minimum of six months to provide educational support in subjects like English GCSE, ESOL, and Maths.
