There is now a second opportunity for organisations, networks or partnerships to express their interest in up to 20 hours of free support to help them use our Commitment to Collaborate (C2C) Toolkit to think about what actions can be taken to help prevent homelessness at the earliest opportunity. We are interested in hearing from organisations, networks, or partnerships that:

• Want to enhance the work they and their partners are already doing to prevent and tackle homelessness;
• Are interested in working with others to design out homelessness but are not sure where to start; or
• Are keen to contribute to the delivery of shared and joined up ways of supporting citizens so that there are fewer gaps and more bridges between service systems. 
  

 

You do not have to work in a specialist housing or homelessness organisation to take advantage of this opportunity.
