Ageing Better in Birmingham was a programme that aimed to reduce loneliness and social isolation among people over 50 across the city. It aimed to make Birmingham a better place in which to grow older.

It enabled people to have more social and community connections, and to be able to access more community led support and activity.

Underlying it, was the believe that building upon the strengths and skills of individuals and groups helps to create sustainable change within communities.
