We know it can be challenging for organisations to engage in research. We're therefore running these two FREE sessions to develop an understanding of the barriers you face, and to support you to engage in any future social care research opportunities.

Join us for Valuing the role of the voluntary and community sector in research on 1 February and 10 March to discuss how the research community can better support the voluntary and community sector to engage in social care research and influence the research agenda.

Hosted in partnership with the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Research Design Service West Midlands and North West and BVSC Research, this is the first of two events that will address barriers to voluntary and community sector engagement in research, and how the sector can help drive evidence-based practice in social care.

We are especially keen to hear from voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise organisations that currently find it difficult to get involved in research and would like to be more research active.
