We would like to invite you to the WM-Net Zero Stakeholder Showcase event and Housing Decarbonisation Workshop, on 24th and 25th September 2026.

WM Net Zero is a Wellcome Trust-funded project that runs 2023-2027. We are now coming into the final 12 months of the project, which provides a good opportunity to review what we have achieved and explore how and where we can deliver further real-world impact.

This two-day stakeholder event will showcase the work of the WM-Net Zero project and thank our partners for their key input into the work. It will also incorporate interactive sessions to explore how WM-Net Zero tools, insights and capabilities can be further utilised for real-world applications over the next 12 months (and beyond).

• Day One will focus on showcasing the WM-Net Zero outputs, outcomes, impacts and achievements related to net zero transport and housing ambitions, as well as to discuss further opportunities for WM-Net Zero capabilities and future plans.

• Day Two (co-delivered with INHABIT Hub) will focus specifically on the housing decarbonisation aspects of the WM-Net Zero project, including exploring the Net Zero Neighbourhood fieldwork activities and new modelled housing scenarios, as well as interactive sessions to discuss NZN/retrofit programmes, evaluation plans and how WM-Net Zero capabilities could help.

You are invited to join both days (or either day, if necessary) – there will be networking drinks, a tour of the botanical gardens and a meal for those who are able to join us on day 1.
