We're looking for an inspiring Senior Youth Worker to lead RISE – Youth Power & Potential, our exciting National Lottery-funded programme supporting young people across Balsall Heath.The role will focus on building trusted relationships with young people in Balsall Heath, providing safe spaces, mentoring, and opportunities for leadership, whilst ensuring their voices shape the programme.
