Time4 Groups are designed to help young people who are:

Living with cancer.
Supporting a parent, sibling or loved one with cancer
Coping with the emotional impact of cancer.

These sessions provide:

A safe, supportive environment.
Peer connection with others who understand.
A chance to feel heard without pressure.
Time to step away from stress, education or home pressures.

What to expect:

Sessions are friendly, relaxed and youth-led, with a mixture of:

Creative activities and crafts.
Games and group activities.
Cooking and practical sessions.
Trips and opportunities to help others.
Space to chat – or simply sit and be part of the group.

There’s no pressure to speak — just come along and be yourself.

Groups available:

🔹 Time4Teens (Ages 12–16)
📅 Thursdays, 4:30pm – 6:00pm

🔹 Time4YoungAdults (Ages 16–22)
📅 Mondays, 5:00pm – 6:30pm
