RNIB survey for people with one or more eye conditions

In new research which RNIB are conducting around the rising cost of living, we are running a survey to gain the feedback of blind and partially sighted people to inform this work and allow us to speak to decision makers. The survey covers important topics such as heating and energy, food and essentials and the additional costs of having sight loss. The survey should take around 20 minutes to complete, though you can take as long as you need, and answers are optional.
Veolia's Sustainability Fund is open!

Veolia's Sustainability Fund is open! The Fund supports projects that positively impact local areas and deliver long-term social and environmental benefits. The Fund aims to empower communities to take positive action in their local area. The Fund provides cash grants up to £1,000 per project.
Emma Hodges announced as permanent Chief Executive at Lisieux Trust

Midlands-based learning disability charity, Lisieux Trust, is delighted to announce that Dr Emma Hodges has been appointed as permanent Chief Executive. South Asian Heritage Celebration

HHNNS in partnership with Unity Hubb, are celebrating South Asian Heritage Month at St Margaret's Church, Ward End with a fun filled celebration day for the whole community. Saris of Strength screening and panel talk with DESIblitz

Join us for a special film screening and panel conversation marking the 50th anniversary of the start of the Grunwick dispute. “Saris of Strength“ chronicles the courageous journey of predominantly South Asian women workers at the Grunwick film processing plant in Willesden, London. Led by the formidable Jayaben Desai, these women stood against oppressive working conditions, demanding dignity, fair pay, and union recognition.

WM-Net Zero Stakeholder Showcase Event - free to attend!

WM Net Zero is a Wellcome Trust-funded project that runs 2023-2027.
