Most teams try to avoid or manage conflict. We use it to reveal what needs repairing and strengthening.

Navigate Conflict is a free 30-minute online masterclass for managers, to learn what conflict is telling you, and how to create team alignment.

This masterclass uses a pressure-pattern tool designed for line managers, to move through conflict for improved team dynamics.
