Perform a wide range of administrative and general social media management activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organisation.

  • Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls.
  • Receive emails and contact enquiries via social media
  • General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
  • Retrieve documents from the filing system.
  • Resolve administrative problems and enquiries.
  • Prepare written responses to routine enquiries.
  • Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules.
