Safe Accommodation and Support for Female Rough Sleepers Impacted by Domestic Abuse in Birmingham

In December 2021 Trident Reach secured funding for the Respite Rooms Trial programme to provide a safe, single-gender space for a short term accommodation with intensive trauma-informed support to women who may have been living on the streets or in otherwise very precarious situations with histories of domestic abuse/ wider violence against women and girls.
