Evaluation isn't just a funder requirement, it's a measure of what's working, evidence of impact, and a case for growth. This 90-minute webinar is a practical introduction for people working in voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) organisations who want to get evaluation right.

We'll cover:

  • When to evaluate: Spotting the right moments in your programme's life to step back and assess
  • The four main types of evaluation: Formative, process, outcome, and impact, and which one fits your situation
  • A simple six-step framework: Planning evaluation from start to finish, including how to choose data collection methods that suit your programme
  • Why it matters: How good evaluation strengthens funding bids, builds trust with stakeholders, and supports plans to scale up

You'll leave with a clear, practical understanding of how to plan an evaluation that gets used .
