Online training for professionals to learn more about how to support Children and Young People in the current digital climate.

This online training session is designed for professionals who want to deepen their understanding of the impact of screen use on children’s mental and physical health.

The training is aimed at all professionals working with children, young people and families, including:

  • Education
  • Health
  • Parent, Teacher Assosciations (PTA)
  • Community, Faith & Voluntary Sector

The session will explore current evidence on how screens affect children and young people, while creating space for meaningful discussion about how we can best support families to navigate these challenges. Together, we will focus on identifying practical long‑term solutions for both at home and in school settings.

Participants will be encouraged to share experiences and reflect on how we can work collaboratively with children, young people and their families to reduce harm, promote healthy habits, and build sustainable approaches to screen use.
