Over, the last year we have asked people with dementia, their carers, and other health and social care colleagues, what the focus should be to improve the care and support we provide to people, from activities aimed at preventing dementia, through to care at the end of people’s lives. This strategy is a plan that will hold everyone working in health and social care accountable for the improvements we will make over the next five years.
Your chance to influence and co-produce the refreshed Birmingham SEND strategy and create the new inclusion strategy. You are invited to take part in workshops in order to co-produce solid foundations for the way in which services are delivered to families. The two-hour sessions are multi-agency and participants are invited from all areas, all grades and roles to attend at least one session.
