Back to BVSC Home About Advertise a Vacancy Marketing and Admin Assistant Xpress-Yourself Dance CIC, Closing date: On Request Marketing and Admin Assistant Vacancy You will take on the responsibly of assisting with the marketing and administration of the organisations running of Keep Dancing classes. You will have excellent skills in working on word press websites as you will be responsible for updating the WordPress website with information with classes on sale and appropriate discounts. You will process orders and manage customer sales, updating our CRM accordingly. This is a remote part time working role (10 hours per week) but you will be a first point of contact for incoming customer enquiries, so a friendly email tone is essential. In addition, part of your role will include creating and scheduling email campaigns to ensure that our customers and delivery partners are kept up to date. Your excellent copy writing skills and your attention to detail will enable you to create regular interesting blogs for our website and ensure that our website is kept up to date. Reporting to the Company Director, this important role will support the development of the organisation and keep our customers at the heart of our work. Experience is essential to this role:- Experience in updating and creating content on Word Press website Experience in Customer service Experience in using CRM Systems.
