Why become an Everyday Nature Hero in your community?

Many people don’t realise what amazing wildlife is right on their doorstep, and if they don’t know about it, they can’t do anything to help it. That’s why RSPB ia setting up a team of Everyday Nature Heroes in the West Midlands.

As one of the team, you will be raising awareness of some brilliant activities and resources that groups and families can use freely in local green spaces or at home. Your role would involve reaching out to groups, introducing them to the natural world in their community and supporting them to make the most of resources that have been developed to enable activities and actions for nature.

No prior knowledge or minimum time commitment is required, we are just looking for people that are passionate about their community, love working with people and are interesting in learning more about nature! Full training and support will be provided.
