We are looking for a reliable and motivated Activities Lead to support the successful launch and continuous development of our Men’s Group.

This group has stemmed from the successes of our Women’s Group (Power Up!) and will be focused on supporting our Male clients, or those who identify with a men’s group, to improve their health and wellbeing.

In this role you will:
-Help with the planning, development and ‘doing’ of monthly activities
-Leading on sessions where appropriate
-General and varied tasks during the sessions – making tea and coffee, tidying up, helping members to get involved.
-Contacting external partners, venues and other organisations to help scope and organise sessions
-Support with administration tasks – inviting members to the group, collecting feedback and other ad-hoc tasks.

This role is expected to give 1 x full day a month to set-up and attend the men’s group session, and ad-hoc support throughout the month (approx. 2 hours a week from home if preferred).

You will be given training to support you in this role, and will have a named supervisor.

The men’s group is open to all male members of crisis, and those who identify with a men’s group, therefore we are looking for a volunteer who also identifies in this way.
