Trainer - Capacity Building

Following the end of the five-year Talent Match Programme, finishing at the end of 2018, the capacity building funding was granted by Big Lottery Fund. This is to support employers in Birmingham and Solihull to understand how they can employ and support a different cohort of young people who are further away from the labour market than their counterparts. This cohort may be longer term unemployed and have identified special needs that may be longer term, through schools and colleges.

We are looking for Trainers (x3) with a proven track record of delivering training programmes, to contribute to the delivery of a predesigned training package to a minimum of 200 employees across Birmingham and Solihull. The successful candidates will be required to liaise with the Training Coordinator to ensure appropriate logistical arrangements have been made, ensure that delegate queries are answered appropriately and adequately and have exceptional communication and presentation skills.

The successful candidates must be available for an immediate start in January 2019.
