Strategic Development Officer

To work with mainstream service providers (i.e. health, social care, third sector) to improve their cultural competency, leading to improved outcomes for trans staff and service users. To implement a ‘test and learn’ approach to making mainstream services more trans-inclusive, by setting up a trans advisory steering group to advise on the development and delivery of the project, and to develop and deliver training and policy support to mainstream organisations.

NJC Salary SCP 29 £26,999 with 5% pension match

Full Time - 37 hours per week, 25 days annual leave.

3-year fixed-term contract, ongoing subject to funding.

Responsible to the Wellbeing Services Manager.
