Trans* Sexual Health Outreach Worker (Part-time 18.5 Hours per week)
Birmingham LGBT is recruiting Trans* Sexual Health Outreach Worker to work alongside our team of sexual health staff and volunteers working to improve the sexual health and wellbeing of people who are Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual or Trans.
The role includes undertaking outreach work, focusing on the following target groups: Trans people, and assessing need in relation to safer sex and sexual health. The successful candidate will take a lead in promotion and engagement with the monthly Clinic Trans Sexual Health Clinic based at the LGBT Centre in Birmingham as well as carrying out sexual health and well-being promotion work in outreach settings targeting trans, non-binary and trans attracted people.
The role involves working on a shift basis across a 7 day a week rota.
The successful applicant will join a motivated and enthusiastic team based at the Birmingham LGBT Centre in Central Birmingham.

Remuneration: £21,589 (Pro-rata) Plus up to 5% matched pension contributions
Working on a sessional basis including evening and weekend work and some travel to sites in Birmingham and Solihull.
