See Change Programme Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a multi-disciplinary team and take a lead in developing and delivering the See Change programme.

The See Change programme is aimed at helping individuals engage with existing assets within their community. Your job will be to facilitate this process by developing a programme of activities and educational sessions.

The key difference to most other programmes is that all activities or educationally based sessions must continue to be available post-programme with no time limit.

Current community-based assets/partners include Birmingham Canal and Riverside Trust, Barber Institute of fine arts, Birmingham park rangers, The National Trust and many more.

The programme has been on pause for approximately a 12 month period so these relationships will need to be redeveloped and additional partners/activities identified and nurtured. This will be the main focus of the role initially, then moving on to programme delivery.
