Money Advice Training & Development Manager

25 days A/L + contributory pension scheme

Birmingham Settlement is seeking to recruit an energetic, self-motivated innovator to lead our financial capability work. Working closely with our generic money advice and community action teams, you will lead a small dedicated team to develop and deliver existing and new learning tools and workshops that support improved financial awareness and practice. You will also build and manage targeted advice and support to marginalised groups who struggle to access mainstream provision. Based in Aston, but working across the region, you will have up to date knowledge of money advice processes and principles along with experience of working at a grassroots level.

Birmingham Settlement is a forward looking organisation with several new and developing projects. This is an exciting new role created in response to changing and emerging needs; an opportunity for the right person to make a significant contribution to the work of the Settlement and the people we serve.
