MENgage Project Coordinator

MENgage Project Coordinator

£24,000 per annum pro rata

Are you passionate about supporting the next generation to end violence against women and girls? Join The Haven Wolverhampton and play an instrumental part in developing and delivering our MENgage project to young people.

We are seeking one male worker to work with young lads. You will need to be able to engage in meaningful dialogue with young people, facilitating activities and conversations that deepen young people’s understanding of appropriate behaviours in relationships and the root causes of VAWG.

Challenging violence against women and girls (VAWG) starts with challenging perceptions and societal norms regarding gender stereotypes and expectations.

We’re looking for someone with experience of engaging young people in group activities, but more than this, we are looking for someone to share our passion of ending VAWG for good. We want a world where women and children no longer need our services, and you need to want this too. If you are driven by social change, we want to hear from you.

Closing date: 13 September 2019

Interview process: 25, 26 September & 02 October 2019
