Grant Officer

Are you an experienced trusts/grants fundraiser who is passionate about ending violence against women and girls? This could be the perfect role for you.

The Haven Wolverhampton has spent almost 50 years supporting women and children affected by domestic abuse and homelessness across the city of Wolverhampton. Through emergency accommodation, support to women living in the community, and wrap-around services, we work with women to provide emotional and practical support.

The Grants Officer will work as part of a multi-disciplinary Development Team and will be responsible for leading a programme of fundraising from Trusts, Foundations and Statutory sources. You will deliver a high-quality bidding process in order to build a healthy and sustainable funding pipeline.

The successful candidate will be experienced in writing successful applications to Trusts and Foundations, or Statutory funders. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and will be skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with funders. You will work well in a team and be experienced in supporting colleagues delivering funded projects to ensure the highest quality information and outcomes collation for reporting.
