Employment Liaison Worker x2
Talent Match is a £100m investment programme of the Big Lottery Fund designed to provide support to young people between the ages of 18 - 24 years of age who are ‘Not in Employment, Education or Training’ (NEET) and have been so in excess of 12 months.
We are currently recruiting two Employer Liaison Workers, focussing on different work streams.
Both roles will be required to deliver a full range of activity that increases the programmes ‘into employment and sustainable employment’ outcomes, develop meaningful and sustainable relationships with employers across Birmingham and Solihull and raise the profile of the Talent Match programme across the employment sector.

The Into Employment Liaison Worker will be required to source vacancies, develop and deliver a range of into employment support including skills development workshops and activities tailored to the specific needs of the Talent Match participants.
The Employment Retention Liaison Worker will be responsible for developing a programme of support for Talent Match participants and their employers whilst they are in work, aimed at helping the participant sustain employment.
