Customer Engagement Officer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Engagement Officer to join Nehemiah Housing and support us in taking forward our approach of excellence in customer services with our Customer Engagement Strategy.

As part of the departmental team, you will develop positive working relationships with managers across the Group. You will take forward our overall approach to understanding the needs and manage the expectations of our tenants, making use of both quantitative and qualitative approaches.

You need to have a proven track record of working in customer engagement, working particularly in the social housing sector with an understanding of regulatory and other good practice

You will need to be organised and have good interpersonal skills, confident communicator in both verbal and written formats and be proficient in I.T skills. The successful applicant will also need to be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
