Associate Trainer

Passionate about fighting UK poverty? Based in the West Midlands?
Come and join our team of Turn2us Associate Trainers!

Turn2us is a national charity providing practical help for people who are struggling financially.
We help people gain access to welfare benefits, charitable grants and support services. We do this through our website, helpline, and also by providing training workshops to our partners so they can provide face-to-face advice using our online tools. Thanks to our partnerships we can reach people when they need us most and, if they need help we can’t give, we can direct them to the people who can.

Our Workshop Programme plays a vital part in our objective to grow our network of partners and intermediaries to eradicate poverty. Through our national workshops, our Associate Trainers train around 2000 intermediaries each year on our benefits calculator and grant search tools. These intermediaries go on to help an estimated 50,000 people a year using them.
