Salary/Contract: £6,864 (Permanent contract subject to probationary period)
Organisation for Sickle Cell Anaemia & Thalassaemia Support (OSCAR) is a voluntary organisation and registered charity based in Birmingham. Our aim is to help improve the quality of life for individuals affected by Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia, which are long term genetic blood disorders. We are the only community-based charity in Birmingham providing support and services, arising from complex issues for those affected by this genetic disorder.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and organised team player to join us as an Administration Officer. You will have a strong, well rounded administrative background and an excellent telephone manner, along with seamless confidence in liaising with staff and range of stakeholders at all levels. Experience of the Health and Social Care industry is desirable, along with strong skills to ensure the efficient running of office and projects, which is essential.
