Could you be a community sexual health outreach worker? Do you have the transferable skills to do this interesting and varied role? Birmingham LGBT has opportunities for sessional sexual health outreach workers to join our community sexual health team.

Birmingham LGBT is recruiting Sessional Sexual Health Outreach Workers to work alongside our team of community sexual health staff and volunteers working to reduce the incidence of STI infection and poor sexual health, to reduce the late diagnosis of HIV, and to provide a sexual health and wellbeing promotion work that meets the needs of LGBT people in Birmingham and Solihull.

Experience in sexual health is not essential - training will be given but transferable skills are desirable.

The successful applicant will join a motivated and enthusiastic team based at the Birmingham LGBT Centre in Central Birmingham.

Terms:

Remuneration: £12.08 per hour
Plus up to 5% matched pension contributions
Working on a sessional basis including evening and weekend work and some travel to sites in Birmingham and Solihull.
Zero hours contract. Fixed term to 31st March 2024
