JOB OVERVIEWThe post will be responsible for overseeing all programmes and projects across the organisation, with particular emphasis on using the power of boxing as an intervention for social and community impact. The candidate will take an enterprising approach to the strategic development of programmes, developing and scaling our impact within the community, whilst leading on PR and Communications to extend our reach and quality. JOB PURPOSE• Work with partners to strategically develop projects and programmes. The candidate will lead on design,impact, and management, whilst driving promotion to NGB’s and partners, locally and nationally. •• To identify and secure funding to expand our work and impact as an organisation.• To ensure all programmes and projects are delivered on budget and achieve agreed outcomes. • To support the strategic development of the organisation, forming part of the Senior Management Team.• To lead all aspects of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Impact across the organisation. Pat Benson Community Sports Foundationwww.pbba.co.uk MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• To lead an enterprising approach to the strategic and commercial development of our business and strategic plan, by scaling a set of already established programmes. This will include promotion withinnew sectors. The candidate will lead on our strategic priority of ensuring long term sustainability ofcommunity programmes, in addition to ensuring short- and long-term income generation.• To develop programmes and secure funding with existing and new programmes and projects. • To lead and manage the programme and project delivery team, evidencing how boxing and PBCSF make a positive impact, whilst communicating such research locally and nationally. • To work with stakeholders across the public, private and voluntary sector to enhance programme impact and outcomes. • To assume responsibility of Deputy Safeguarding Lead role within PBCSF. • To implement systems and processes within the organisation, to track and record relevant data, ensuring impact can be used for future business development. • To oversee and implement all aspects of referral pathways, working internally with staff and teams, and externally with a variety of agencies from all sectors and communities. • To form part of the Senior Management team and assist the CEO in developing the long-term success of the organisation. • To lead and implement all aspects of quality assurance across the organisation whereby boxing is used as a social intervention. • To act in accordance with the values of the organisation and in line with the requirements of its policies.• Any other duties as reasonably requested by the CEO. • To regularly provide reports and reviews to the CEO as requested.
