Back to BVSC Home About Advertise a Vacancy Operations Manager for CASBA CASBA Advocacy: Closing date: 5 October This is an exciting opportunity to join us in this newly created role working alongside the CEO in the management and development of CASBA. We have just been awarded our sector’s quality standard, the Advocacy Quality Performance Mark (QPM) and we are looking for someone to support the continuous improvements that drives improved outcomes for citizens with learning disabilities. Hours: 22.5 hours per week, working Monday to FridaySalary: £17,027 to £20,067.57 (pro rata) for 22.5 hours (£28,000 to £33,000 Full Time Equivalent based on 37 hours) depending on experienceLocation: Hybrid, flexible working in agreement with CEO and in line with business needsYou will undertake an analysis of performance and recommend service changes and improvements to increase user and funder outcomes, increase satisfaction and the perceived value of the service. You will also produce and present reports and updates to CEO, to support internal strategic and performance review processes (including to the Board) and with internal development work groups.The job holder will be responsible for all operational and service delivery functions, including the management and supervision of staff, interns and volunteers. The role will support our fundraising function.About the person The successful candidate will have experience of leading and managing teams, together with a proven ability of developing and implementing robust systems, policies and procedures.
