Opportunity for Bangladeshi community to take part in public health arts projects in Birmingham Public Health are commissioning a series of projects with, and for, the Bangladeshi community in Birmingham. These will be a blend of Arts, Culture and Health to focus on one of the five following areas. 1. Mental Health 2. Diabetes 3. Cardiovascular Diseases 4. Musculoskeletal Diseases 5. Pregnancy We are looking for projects that explore one of the five core health focus areas and produce an artistic output that reflects the chosen theme. The artistic output will need to be celebrated and showcased on, or the weekends of, the 16th of December 2021. There will be cultural celebrations and events during this time, the commissioned organisation will be required to link into an existing event or create an event (digital or physical) to showcase the project.
