Coronavirus Resilience Fund has already raised £80,000, but more is needed!

Monday, 23 March, 2020

Since launching its Coronavirus Resilience Fund last week, the Heart of England Community Foundation (HoECF) has already raised almost £80,000.

The money raised will support small, local voluntary groups so that they can continue to provide vital support and services to the communities they serve. The funding will be available to constituted groups providing services such as food banks, social eating projects, emergency food parcel deliveries, and those engaging in outreach activities; all vital for various constituencies within the West Midlands.

BVSC is proud to be collaborating with HoECF to promote this fund as widely as possible in Birmingham. By donating to this fund you can be assured that 100% of your donation will go towards helping the community.

* Important information * If you want your donation to be allocated to a specific geopgraphical area of the West Midlands, please specify your preferences in the comments box. ie for Birmingham, include the word "Birmingham" or "Brum".

If you're a community or voluntary group that needs financial support go to the HoECF website to find out how you can apply.
