In partnership with BVSC, Birmingham City Council is donating 500 computers to charities, community groups and other voluntary organisations within Birmingham and the wider West Midlands region.

This is a great opportunity for your organisation to be involved in this social value initiative, to support the council in developing digital skills and inclusion across Birmingham. 

To register your interest in receiving computers from Birmingham City Council - in partnership with BVSC – go to the Digital Hardware Donation online application form. The application process will be open for three weeks, between 31 August and 30 September, after which successful applicants will be notified of the collection process.

Please note the following application criteria:

  • Applications of interest will be reviewed on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  • The donations are desktop computers only – there are no accompanying monitors or accessories
  • If demand exceeds the number of available devices, unsuccessful applicants will be notified when more devices become available so that they can re-apply for a donation.
  • In order to ensure equality of opportunity for all applications, allocations will be limited to 15 devices per application.
