BVSC has secured a limited amount of funding through the National Lottery Community Fund to support up to 50 organisations in Birmingham impacted financially by Covid-19 and/or who require support to apply for funding.

The support available includes up to four days consultancy:

  • Support that takes account of financial difficulty, liquidity, legal responsibilities, and governance.
  • Providing business planning and support with fundraising/business development and grant/funding applications.

Qualifying criteria

To apply for funding your organisation must:

  • Be a registered charity, social enterprise (with no one individual having overall control) or voluntary organisation with a recognised governance structure.
  • Have a turnover of less than £100,000 or be financially impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic.
