You will have experience of utilising creative learning, research and evaluation methods to deliver high quality accessible research and evaluation to a wide range of audiences. You will have a good understanding of the barriers and enablers to participation in research, and a strong belief in the power of community-led research. Job Title: Learning, Research & Evaluation Lead (BVSC Research)Salary: SCP 36 (£34,176)Responsible to: Learning, Research and Evaluation ManagerLocation: Working hours divided between BVSC Offices (Livery Place, 35 Livery Street, Birmingham, B3 2PB) and home address, as agreed by BVSCHours of work: Full time (35 hours). Part time also considered.Contract Duration: PermanentWe will be asking you to: • communicate effectively with stakeholders, community members, academics, and colleagues within BVSC; • work independently, using your own initiative, and complete tasks within given timeframes;• be responsive and flexible and willing to work together with the team to ensure that deadlines are met; • be prepared to work in a wide range of contexts; • be ready to use (and learn) a broad range of research methods; • be inquisitive.You will have the ability to write persuasively at a Masters level or equivalent degree level.
