PENSION: 5% of salary 
HOURS: 37 hours per week 
TERMS: Fixed term contract for one year with possible extension, subject to a three-month probationary period 
 
OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The Volunteer Coordinator is a key appointment for Legacy WM with the aim to lead on our volunteer management.  The successful candidate will manage and co-ordinate all aspects of volunteering, from recruiting new volunteers, to promoting opportunities. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, keeping management informed on schedule changes ensuring volunteer needs and ongoing training requirements are met.
