• Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff on all aspects of the employment cycle,
    ensuring the Association is compliant and working to good practice.
  • Ensure that HR policies and procedures are reviewed and up to date, and that staff at all levels
    are aware of their rights and responsibilities in relation to these policies and procedures.
  • Work with the Management team in relation to individual and collective complex cases.
  • Ensure that recruitment and selection procedures are carried out effectively, and in line with
    best practice in Safer Recruitment and Equalities, ensuring that pre-employment checks are
    carried out.
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting adverts, managing
    the recruitment process, and ensuring the induction process is carried out effectively.
