The HR lead will provide a hands-on service to ensure best practice is followed in all HR matters at SIFA Fireside. This is a new position and a fantastic opportunity to support a successful and growing team at a leading charity supporting vulnerable adults in Birmingham.

Acting as the first point of contact for all line managers on HR matters you will have proven experience of leading an HR function and will demonstrate a high level of resilience and commitment to SIFA Fireside’s vision and values.

Part-time hours will be considered.

Permanent - 35 hours per week £25,000 - £28,000 pro-rata
