We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor who shares our values to provide an effective and efficient HR service. You will work closely with our external HR Advisory consultants and respond flexibly to the changing needs of the organisation.

We’re BCOP, a charity that’s been providing care and support to the older people of Birmingham for the last 75 years. We own three nursing homes and several housing schemes for older people in the city.

With up-to-date knowledge of employment law, HR policies and procedures and experience in a similar role you will contribute to the HR Strategy and Workforce Development Plan, provide routine HR support services to managers and staff and organise staff training.

This is a full-time position, 35 hours a week. Salary £24,000-28,000 per year.
