The helpline & webchat are operated by fully trained volunteers who work a weekly 3 hour shift and we ask that all volunteers commit for at least 6 months. Our trained helpline volunteers are there to listen and support, without judgement or advice giving.

Helpline & webchat recruitment takes place twice a year, with full training provided. The training consists of four days over 4 weeks.
