The successful applicant will be playing a pivotal role in informing the way Birmingham works with people experiencing multiple disadvantage. Birmingham Changing Futures Together are committed to working with experts by experience in order to transform the way services are commissioned, and make service delivery more effective. As Head of Multiple Disadvantage, you will be confident in your ability to work alongside a diverse and vibrant range of people with a range or experiences and backgrounds. In this role, you will be leading in the delivery of the business and systems change action plan, as well as the rebuilding process following the Covid crisis. In addition, you will be expertly line managing a team, encouraging development and well-being. We are looking for someone who can use their financial skills to directly manage budgets and provide strategic oversight for delegated budgets, as well as ensuring that quarterly outcomes are met. You will play a pivotal role in engaging with local, regional, and national stakeholders. As part of the National Fulfilling Lives programme, you will be a sector leader, active in advocating for systems change, working towards achieving the local and national programme outcomes.
