Part-time role (20hrs per week), £26k pro-rata. Working for a youth homelessness charity, you’d be responsible for proactively coordinating and organising all the community fundraising activity, writing trust applications and managing donations for this charity, to achieve an agreed income target. Closing date: Monday 30 November 2020

The successful candidate will build on existing relationships and develop new ones to maximise relationships across Birmingham and Warwickshire.

This charity plays an important part in supporting homeless young people in the region and they have ambitious plans to grow and increase their impact, with the help of charitable funds. You’ll be managed by the Head of Communications which means you will also contribute towards developing strong external communications to inform the charity’s supporter base about their work.

It's an exciting and varied role for a fundraiser who has got previous experience in a range of fundraising activities but is ready to take on some responsibility. However, an understanding of how trust fundraising works with a proven track record in this area would be particularly beneficial.

You’ll need to be able to get to the Birmingham or Coventry office easily and also have access to decent travel routes/a car as you’ll travel to the different sites to capture stories, show donors around and generally build up a relationship with colleagues.
