Introduction to Coaching
Coaching helps to increase your organisation’s resilience and support individuals to manage change positively. This course will give front line staff as well as managers a vital additional tool to achieve more, increase satisfaction and develop their staff and volunteers. This introductory course is participative, fun and will equip you with the skills and confidence to start coaching.
The course will include:
- An introduction to non-directive coaching
- Explanation of the T/GROW model of coaching
- Practical sessions coaching, being coached and observing
- The three key skills of coaching
- When to use coaching
