A half-day workshop

This course will enable you to develop your confidence and effectiveness in giving and receiving feedback.

By the end of the workshop you will have:

Identified and applied the principles of effective feedback

  1. Explored how Trust is essential to giving and receiving feedback
  2. Understood the value of effective feedback in the performance management process
  3. Identified and applied techniques for handling difficult conversations at work
  4. Understood and applied techniques for receiving feedback and responding with dignity

The training methods will include facilitator presentation, small group work, practical tasks and activities with time for review, discussion and reflection.   It will be supported by a practical toolkit and useful handouts.
