Benefit Form Volunteer Training
This training is to help facilitate the introduction of benefits form volunteer teams within local organisations. supporting customers to fill out personal independence payment forms to claim the benefits they are entitled to.
This will include how the RNIB volunteer team supports this service, training on PIP forms and sharing our experiences. There will also be a follow up 90 minute skype call for volunteer managers to discuss their role within the service and administrative processes.
