For a decade now, Initiative for Social Enterprise (iSE CIC) has facilitated an annual Social Enterprise Drive – a series of events bringing together and promoting the Social Enterprise sector. Over the last 10 years, this annual week-long programme of events has focused on Birmingham city and the Digbeth Social Enterprise Quarter.

This year, it’s looking a little different…

A N N O U N C I N G SOCIAL ECONOMY DRIVE 2023 – a celebration of all things social enterprise and social economy growth across the West Midlands!

Supported by West Midlands Combined Authority, along with Power to Change, SED2023 is one of the building blocks in the West Midlands Social Economy Growth strategy as outlined in the ‘Growing the Social Economy in the WMCA Area: A Framework for Action’.

#SED2023 is going BIG with 7 local authority localities bringing their social economy might to a packed programme of Meet the Buyer, workshops, networking, and exchange meet ups, all focused on bringing together stakeholders and social enterprises, commissioners, businesses and entrepreneurs who are passionate about ‘growing the regional social economy’.

iSE CIC is delighted to be curating a series of events for Birmingham as part of the SED23 programme - more details will be released through our mailing list in the next few weeks. If you're not already signed up, you can do so at www.i-se.co.uk/contact-us
