Managers can dodge difficult discussions and hope they go away. They don’t and often the problem gets worse to the detriment of the individual.

The trainer is Rob Legge an experienced third sector leadership trainer and coach who has worked with many regional charities including BVSC. Prior to this Rob held several senior management positions with national charities and was CEO of Focus Birmingham for ten years.

Location of training

The Warehouse meeting rooms Allison Street Birmingham, central Birmingham. Ten minutes from Grand Central and cheap all-day parking nearby. The meeting place is owned by Birmingham Friends of the Earth and they receive a fee for the hire of the room.
